What is an asset?
An asset in ExecOS is something of value that you have an interest in. It could be a home, vehicle, and ownership in a business.
Having all of the information and documents associated with your property can provide a lot of peace of mind.
What is a contact?
Contacts in ExecOS are the individuals and companies you interact with to operate. Contacts are usually connected to an asset and are
often very specialized. Example - Realtor for Personal Home or Plumber for Vacation Home or Administrator for Retirement Plan. It
can be helpful to have these folks compiled in an organized way.
Can I store my files?
To store your files in the app, simply visit your account and go to the Files section
or you may send the file and details to support@execos.com and we will do it for you, hassle-free.
Are there any limits on the uploads?
Files up to 10 MB can be uploaded with the following format .xls, .xlsx, .csv, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp, .pdf, .doc, .gdoc, .heic.
Is there are way to export information from the app?
If you need to forward your data to any person who might need it, ExecOS makes it easy to download data to a CSV format. Members can use this spreadsheet
with Microsoft Excel or Google spreadsheets.

Where is my data stored?
ExecOS utilizes HITRUST servers hosted by Amazon.com.
Does ExecOS serve ads or sell my personal data?
Absolutely not. ExecOS is, and will always be, 100% ad-free. We never look at your data (unless we have your permission).
We don’t mine your data and we don’t sell your data. We put all our efforts into creating and maintaining the best business and personal management service and we charge our customers to use that service.
That’s the only way we make money.
Who can access my data?
Your data can be accessed by you and anyone who has been added to your Team.
The ExecOS team can only access your data if you will give us your permission to do so. All login instances to your account is logged and can be reviewed by our team as needed.
What about encryption?
Fields holding sensitive data are encrypted once data comes in the application layer,
and stored in the database as an encrypted string using a hashing algorithm.
What if I forget my password?
No worries. To reset your password, just click on Login with email from the the Login page.
Then, click on the Forgot Password link below. From the Forgot Password screen, simply enter the email associated
to your ExecOS account and wait for the email containing the instructions to reset your password.
